Sildenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction. Sexual stimulation is needed for it to work.
Do not use with nitrates, recreational nitrites (poppers) or riociguat. An erection lasting more than four hours needs urgent medical help. Sildenafil is not approved for sexual symptoms in women. Follow the supplied leaflet and the advice of your doctor or pharmacist.

not sure what others expected from this and wrote negative reviews that this pill doesn't work. Not true it does work and works very well. If you are a woman and is going through hormonal changes perhaps this may not do the job. But otherwise highly recommend this.

I've been taking the supplement for a couple of weeks now and I can honestly say for a woman in full blown menopause with libido issues, it's no longer an issue!! There's life down below again!!
