Sildenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction. Sexual stimulation is needed for it to work.

Fildena Super Active is a super comfortable med. I take it during dinner. Sometimes I can take a glass, but I do not advise others of these kinds of challenges. I do not experience unpleasant sides, but lots of my friends complained of a headache after taking Fildena with alcohol. I recommend this medicine to everyone. Don't think I had such a strong erection at the age of 20.
