I use Glucophage mainly because it does not cause a sharp drop in blood sugar level and does not lead to weight gain. Previously I used other drugs, but I put on weight.

Glucophage works very well and I have excellent results without any side effects. I have NO excess weight, but I have to watch what I eat. I used to say: "I can eat almost anything I want and not get fat." Now I’m on a diet, although it is not very strict. This way it’s easier to control blood counts.
